All dressed and ready to go!

What a beautiful day for Church. My children are happy and ready to go. They all looked so great that I had to take a picture. Jeremy got himself dressed except for the top button on his shirt and the tying of the shoes. Elena was happy to be wearing her new (hand-me-down) hat that matched her pretty sun dress. Jocelyn didn't squeal when I put her hair into pigtails. We actually had a great day at church. The kids were reverent (mostly) during sacrament. It was 70 degrees outside and we forgot our coats in the lobby at church, so Ryan had to go back and retrieve them.

My kids bring me so much joy when they are cute like this. Even when they are acting up, they are still 3 of my favorite people in the world. I can't wait to see what our #4 is like.

Halloween Costumes

videoThe kids were excited to try out their new costumes for the Trunk-or-Treat at church. Jeremy was a lion that wasn't the least bit cowardly. ELena was a fairy princess. Jocelyn wanted to be just like her older sister, but looked more like a butterfly ballerina to me. Her "antennae" are the best!

I Can Feed Myself

I've got my spoon, I've got a toy sloth, I've got my banana, and I've got my yogurt. Now, I just need to find my mouth. Where did I put it? I can't remember, so I'll just guess where to stick this food, kind of like that game called Battleship.

Dancing with the Credits

video
After watching Monsters vs. Aliens, the kids decided to liven up the credits with their own interpretive dancing. The discerning eye can infer the stylistic roots of each dancer. At first, the combination of genres confuses, but as the music changes, the technical differences are resolved.

igloo? or Eye-gloo?

videoJeremy loves preschool. This week, they learned the letter I. Jeremy asked if we could make "ice-gloos with marshmallows" as was suggested by his teacher. So, we did. Enjoy the video!
